  2 white chocolate mocha and a Carmel Macchiato none of them tasted as they should and all tasted the same. Starbucks is to expensive for such shotty work.

  I've been in town several days for business. Each morning around 6 am, I have stopped at this starbucks for a drink. The first two mornings went great. Staff was friendly and made my drinks perfectly. This morning I went in, there was a different girl than before. She was not friendly and more interested in chatting with other staff at the center then focusing on my drink. This was a little frustrating, since I was on a time constraint. I ordered a frappe with extra ice and extra blend. It was presented to me with no whipped cream ontop and large chunks of ice in it. I explained the ice was too chunky and before I could even ask it to be remade she very rudely said "well that's what happens when you order extra ice". I was taken back. Asked her to remake it and received a dirty look. She was with another customer at this point and said she'd do it when she was done with them. She then proceeded to take her time cleaning etc before addressing my drink. The second drink wasn't extra blended either. At that point I was running late. She claimed her name was Ashley. I dont understand why it was so difficult for her to press blend twice and put on some whipped cream. Back at home, my Starbucks has made me this exact drink everyday for almost a year. It has never been an issue to make the drink right. When I called later to ask for a manager, I was told they dont know when the managers come in or if would be there at all today. For a company so well known and successful, you'd think they'd have friendlier staff....maybe Ashley just wasn't a morning person.
